Each record cosnists of 128x64 data words
Each field above is available as a time series file of 32 bit IEEE records.
Daily Files -> 730 daily records for each day from 01 Sep 96 -> 31 Aug 98
Monthly Files -> 28 monthly mean recs for each month from Sep 96 -> Dec 98
AMIP Climatological Monthly Files -> 12 recs, for Jan-> Dec averaged for 1980-1998
Note: There is no Snow Cover (percent area) available and Tot. Soil Water is replaced with Lev 2 Soil Water
