Research Interests

  • Understanding how sulfate and black carbon aerosols are transported from the mid-latitudes to the Arctic
  • Determining the main factors involved in aerosol transport to the Arctic - emission, atmospheric circulation, wet deposition
  • Assessing the radiative forcing imposed on the Arctic climate due to presence of aerosols from foreign sources
