Ocean Model Development Team (OMDT) web pages
Created the Hallberg Isopycnal Model (HIM) and the Ocean Modeling (OM)
web pages. Used knowledge of HTML and CGI/Perl to create a MOM4
user registration page.
Regional Model Development Team (RMDT) module documentation
Implemented XML-based module documentation into the ZETAC modules.
Regional Model Development Team (RMDT) dataset conversion
Converted 138MB of hurricane Isabel forcing data from GRIB to netCDF for
validation of the GFDL hurricane model. Installation and testing of the
netCDF decoders pages on the High-Performance Computing System (HPCS).
Global Atmosphere Model Development Team (GAMDT) dataset conversion
Converted NCEP reanalysis2 data from GRIB to netCDF.
PowerPoint support to all teams
In addition to five courses offered to the GFDL users, I also provide
ongoing PowerPoint support to individual users. For GFDL workshops and
meetings, I am called upon to consolidate, format and fit to the standard
template all presentations.
