22.3 adv_vel (computes advective velocities)

Subroutine adv_vel^22.9 constructs advective velocities on the north, east and bottom faces of tracer cells T_i,k,j within the memory window. These advective velocities are then suitably averaged to construct advective velocities on the north, east and bottom faces of velocity cells U_i,k,j. Both sets of advective velocities will now be described.
